Litigation Associate Attorney

Kistler Law Firm, APC is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Palmdale office. We are looking for an attorney who wants to learn to litigate aggressively, move cases forward, and hold opposing counsel accountable throughout discovery. Trial experience is a plus, but not required. The most important qualities are strong judgment, excellent writing, discipline, and the ability to apply pressure professionally and effectively. Responsibilities Draft and respond to written discovery Prepare meet-and-confer correspondence Prepare and argue discovery motions and other law-and-motion matters Prepare for and take depositions of parties, witnesses, and other case participants Assist with case strategy, client communication, and trial preparation Work closely with the firm’s attorneys and staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution or trial Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing Strong legal writing and analytical skills Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities Professional, aggressive, and strategic approach to litigation Civil litigation experience preferred but not required Schedule / Location This position is based in Palmdale, California.
