Sky Limit Systems is proud to be partnered with a reputable aerospace manufacturer in Southern California to help them bring an experienced Maintenance Manager leader onto their team. This is a direct-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a precision manufacturing environment and is ready to take full ownership of maintenance operations — driving uptime, leading a skilled team, and building programs that last.
What they're looking for:
✅ 7+ years in manufacturing maintenance, 3+ in a leadership role
✅ Background in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing
✅ Deep knowledge of CNC, hydraulics, PLCs, or electrical systems
✅ Experience with CMMS platforms and lean/TPM methodologies
✅ A leader who builds a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
