Merit Medical seeks an Operations Associate to perform medical device assembly, quality inspection, and order fulfillment on rotating production lines. The role involves assembling products to specification, inspecting for quality standards, and preparing shipments in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices performing rotating tasks on production lines
• Perform in-process and visual inspections to verify product quality and specifications
• Pick, verify, and prepare orders for shipment with appropriate labeling
• Reject products that fall outside quality specifications
• Adhere to safety standards and work overtime as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to rotate across assembly line positions and meet production rates
• Visual discrimination skills to identify and distinguish medical products
• Fine motor dexterity and hand-eye coordination for assembly tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy in quality inspection
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
