Merit Medical

Merit Medical seeks an Operations Associate II to perform medical device assembly, quality inspection, and order fulfillment on a production line. The role involves operating testing equipment, sealing products, and ensuring compliance with specifications in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Operate testing equipment and sealing machines for product assembly and validation
Perform in-process visual inspection and quality checks against work order specifications
Pick, verify, and prepare orders for shipment with accurate labeling and boxing
Rotate across assembly line stations, adjusting processes within validated ranges
Maintain stocked supplies and adhere to safety and attendance standards

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent plus six months relevant work experience
Sealer certification required; Production, Boxing, Warehouse certifications within 90 days
Ability to rotate across assembly lines and meet production rate expectations
Strong attention to detail, fine motor skills, and visual acuity for product inspection
Competence with basic math, computers (spreadsheets, word processing, databases)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work under time constraints
