Job Description
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in ERP systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Leverage internet tools to research and analyze client data and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular updates to management.

The Successful Applicant
- Proficiency in ERP systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong internet research skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage client accounts efficiently.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in delivering customer service.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment while also managing independent tasks.
