Job TitleJob DescriptionYou will perform a variety of assessments in support of the programs, services, and training needs and requirements of division personnel.You will utilize established processes necessary to collect information, organize work, and to identify potential issues or problems dealing with readily observable conditions (e.g., building layout or conditions, or mandatory training).You will assist in the development of strategies of a broad range of administrative programs and services critical to the success of the Division and the ability to execute facility and equipment projects in support of the Shipyard's mission.You will assist in developing metrics and tracking trends to identify deficiencies in existing programs.You will identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to problems in logistic support, administrative procedures, work processes, or regulatory compliance.You will assist in the development of concepts and deployment of strategies designed to improve the organizational effectiveness of facility maintenance and optimization programs, and management and resources programs.Requirements Conditions of employmentMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector evaluating administrative program operations by leading studies, analyzing metrics and deficiencies, and developing recommendations to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations (e.g. minimize delays, improve processes, short- and long-range planning).
