Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify individual client needs, strengths, and the psychosocial dynamics at play during end-of-life care.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapies tailored to the specific needs of clients facing bereavement or terminal illness.

• Utilize treatment modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to offer specialized support.

• Develop and cultivate individualized treatment plans that align with the client's goals, integrating therapeutic interventions and establishing measurable outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to ensure cohesive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring the highest safety standards for clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working predominantly with adults and their families who are experiencing terminal illnesses. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
