Imperia Counseling is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will specialize in providing essential support and intervention services for children under the age of three who have developmental delays or disabilities. This role is set in a remote working environment, allowing for flexibility and the convenience of working from anywhere in Elgin, Illinois. As part of the hospice center, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes healthcare professionals and family support staff, working together to provide comprehensive care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their developmental strengths and needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), working collaboratively with families to identify goals for children's growth.

• Monitor and track outcomes of intervention services as part of a dedicated team to ensure quality care and progress for the children.
\n
• Provide empathetic support and education to families, equipping them with strategies to enhance their child's development in natural learning environments.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to create tailored recommendations and joint plans that cater to each child and family's specific circumstances.

• Develop strong rapport with children and their families, fostering a respectful and supportive learning atmosphere.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations and uphold standards for health and safety in service provision.

Our primary focus within the hospice center is to provide early intervention services to children who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n
