Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy sessions to patients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to determine their mental health status and needs.

• Develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans that are collaborative and culturally appropriate to meet the unique circumstances of each patient.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, adapting interventions based on evaluation of their responsiveness to treatment and input from other healthcare professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with diverse individuals facing various mental health challenges while in detoxification. Our patients often struggle with chemical dependence and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your role will be critical in helping these individuals stabilize their mental health, laying the groundwork for their recovery journey, and addressing both their psychological and practical needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
