Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gather insights into clients' presenting issues, histories, and treatment objectives.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans that adapt to the evolving needs of clients, continuously evaluating and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Facilitate therapeutic relationships that promote trust and collaboration, encouraging clients on their journey towards recovery and positive life changes.

• Maintain confidentiality while adhering strictly to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and their families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and social challenges. You will collaborate with educators and school staff to develop strategies that promote positive mental health and academic success. Your role is integral in assisting students to thrive not only academically but also emotionally and socially.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, preferably with school-aged children.

• Demonstrated strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
