Client Intake Specialist (Level 1-3) needed for well established law firm 100% remote. This will be a 3-6 month contract to hire opportunity. Gather, organize, and input client information into our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by answering client questions and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a strong knowledge of our services and areas of legal expertise to effectively guide potential clients. Qualifications: A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the Legal industry. Strong background in legal administration, including knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
