divh2Payroll Specialist/h2pWe are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team!/ppEssential Responsibilities:/pulliPayroll process from beginning to end for 1600+ employees in ADP/liliAssist in data entry of new hires, terminations, and merit increases/liliProcess commission payments (i.e. create files for upload through processing)/liliAssist in preparing/review of manual checks for terminated employees (multi-states), within ADP/liliResearch employee payroll inquiries or answers ADP questions through the ticketing system/liliProcess wires for benefit plan HSA, FSA, 401K, NQ 409AB, TSA/liliCreate upload files to ADP/liliAssist in the review of payroll in ADP/liliReconciliation of commissions and contractor payments/liliAssist with other special projects as required/liliTransmission of 401K files to Fidelity/liliDownload of Fidelity Loans, deferrals to enter into ADP/liliTraining of staff on ADP Time Attendance/liliAssist in Year-End processing of W2 and 1099s/liliPrepare communications emails for Payroll/liliProvide reports to the accounting team/liliReview and input garnishments into ADP/li/ulpQualifications/Requirements:/pulliMinimum 3 to 5 years of Payroll / Human Resources experience/liliBachelors degree or equivalent work experience in accounting or finance/liliADP Time Attendance system/liliExperience in processing within ADP/liliGreat follow-through skills and good math and logic skills/liliGreat customer service mindset/liliAttention to detail and analytical skills/liliOrganizational skills/liliFlexibility and ability to multi-task and willingness to work overtime/liliProblem-solving abilities/li/ulpKnowledge, Skills Abilities:/pulliBasic office skills and abilities, knowledge of standard office equipment and software including Google Docs, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and ability and willingness to learn new and/or proprietary applications as required/liliIntermediate Excel skills/liliInteract with colleagues, team members, and other department staff, as well as management and executives in a professional office setting/liliExcellent oral and written communication skills/liliAbility to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment./li/ulpAt Internet Brands, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience.
