You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide courteous customer service and clear communication to patients, visitors, and staff. DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for patients and staff.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and first responders as directed.
- Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- A Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
