Job Title Workforce Management Analyst Location Corporate Department Store Operations Job Summary The Workforce Management Analyst is responsible for the technical activities related to the development, research, documentation, configuration, maintenance and testing of all Reflexis/ZEBRA modules, including Reflexis Scheduler, Task Manager, Time & Attendance, Advanced Analytics reporting software and the Employee Self‑Service mobile application. The role focuses on internal system confidence, user experience and labor efficiencies. The analyst leads efforts to evaluate, create and enhance business processes in partnership with Operation Engineers, People Team, Payroll/Benefits, Finance and other corporate partners. Principal Duties Serve as subject‑matter expert and own all configuration of Reflexis/Zebra Workforce Management tools and programs. Perform testing and analysis to ensure systems meet or exceed end‑user requirements and deployment standards. Validate and test design solutions post‑configuration to confirm functionality and minimize downstream impact. Develop and support rollout of new system components, programs and processes, recommend improvements and advise on best practices. Write user procedures, guidelines and documentation for related systems. Provide training to team members and business users on new processes or functionality. Orchestrate and perform testing of new releases for functional areas. Maintain knowledge of Reflexis/Zebra system functionality and updates. Manage new feature releases, including scope and schedule, coordination with business owners and IT. Identify additional functionality to drive user adoption and recommend implementation. Facilitate change of business processes and oversee integration into new technology. Lead cross‑functional teams to refine processes to determine labor needs for new platforms and initiatives. Perform mass data loads in Reflexis/Zebra Cognos reporting and correct errors in business processes and employee data configurations. Maintain system components such as Attributes, Store Groups, Curves, Store Setup and RTM Users. Ensure systemic integrity to deliver weekly payroll files to the Payroll Department and annual configurations for holiday pay premiums. Confirm all pay policies and scheduling standards comply with federal, state and local labor laws. Collaborate with Compensation and operations teams on payroll requirements and benefits changes. Develop Reflexis suite for use by other corporate departments and major Store Operations initiatives. Optimize labor scheduler efficiencies to improve productivity and manage labor expense. Use time‑study results to assess financial impact and align with labor ratio budgets. Identify labor productivity opportunities to reduce store complexity and eliminate non‑value‑added costs. Coordinate with external vendor partners to integrate solutions into current technology systems. Monitor store performance, ensure alignment with objectives and communicate improvements. Provide timely responses to labor‑related Voice of the Associate submissions. Deliver daily support for labor requests and standard labor management responsibilities. Lead development of store labor budgets to enhance accuracy under the new business model. Support Store Operations for new and remodel stores. Manage Cognos reporting functions and develop reports for business partners on initiatives and store processes. Log and maintain tickets in the SAAS portal, taking ownership through resolution. Communicate and educate business teams as needed on resolution and system changes. Essential Functions Communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred). Comprehensive knowledge of how standard Workforce Manager solutions operate, rule development and labor simulations. Knowledge of corporate technology architecture. Experience in an IT environment. Experience with Reflexis Workforce Management solutions, including Scheduler, Task Manager, Time & Attendance, Advanced Analytics reporting software and the Employee Self‑Service mobile application.
