We’re looking for a Patient Advocate Rep to assist our member patients navigate their best choices for care given their circumstances when they contact us — a calm-in-the-chaos kind of person who can turn confusion into clarity. You’ll be the first voice our patients hear and the go-to for helping them find the right care. You’ll guide our members through their next steps, triage incoming calls, and make sure every patient experience feels their importance through the smooth, supportive, and stress-free guidance that you will provide. You will truly be the member’s advocate!

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage calls inbound/outbound
• Guide patients to the appropriate team member or provider for the care selected
• Document interactions in our system
• Follow up on patient inquiries
• Support member outreach and quality surveys

Qualifications:

• Spanish Bilingual required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical Assistant Certificate/Diploma required
• 2–4 years of experience in a clinical setting required
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Dependable and Punctual
