We specialize in connecting growing companies with high-performing professionals across multiple industries. The Role As our Business Development Partner, your entire focus will be bringing in new business . You will own the full business development lifecycle - from identifying prospects and cold outreach to securing contracts with hiring managers and company leaders. Once a recruiting partnership is secured, you will transition the role to the DTR recruiting team, who will manage candidate sourcing and placements. What You’ll Own Prospect and identify companies that need recruiting support Execute daily outbound outreach through cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and follow-up sequences Build relationships with founders, executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers Schedule and lead discovery calls alongside the CEO Understand hiring challenges and position DTR as the recruiting solution Overcome objections, negotiate agreements, and close new client partnerships Consistently hit weekly business development KPIs What Success Looks Like Daily prospecting and outbound activity 5-10 qualified client meetings booked per week Consistent conversion of conversations into recruiting partnerships Building a strong pipeline of companies actively hiring Driving measurable revenue growth through new client acquisition Who We’re Looking For You are a business development shark with a proven track record of winning new accounts. Required: 2-5 years of business development experience within an agency staffing/recruiting environment Proven success generating new clients and closing recruiting contracts Full-cycle agency sales experience (prospecting to outreach to meetings to negotiation to close) Strong cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline Competitive, driven, and passionate about acquiring new business Preferred Experience Boutique staffing agency experience Experience selling recruiting solutions for $100K+ salary roles Experience working directly with founders, executives, and hiring leaders Compensation This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with high earning potential and uncapped commissions.
