When you join Mission Rock, you join a team that's invested in your success and well-being.The Leasing Consultant provides information, onsite tours of the community, with the intent to lease apartments to prospective residents; provides customer service to existing residents to make a positive impact for the property.Your day-to-day may include:Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.What You Bring:1-2 years sales and customer service experience.Basic math skills required.Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.What We Offer:Bonus opportunity (position dependent)Generous paid time off, including 13 paid holidays (with a Floating Holiday and Volunteer Day), accrued sick time, and 15 days (120 hours) of vacation in the first yearHousing discount program*401(k) retirement plan with company matchComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus HSA with employer contribution and FSA optionsEmployer-sponsored short-term and long-term disability coverageCompany-paid life insuranceOptional ancillary benefits, including critical illness, hospital indemnity, and accident insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)*Housing discount based on availability and prior ownership group approvalThe expected compensation range for this position is $17.00- $18.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
