Milestone & Validation Specialist

Responsibilities Assist the Milestone and Validation Lead in executing the project plan to ensure it stays on schedule. Track milestone completion, maintain accurate checklists, and schedule AHJ and third‑party inspections. Validate and oversee overseas open‑space captures and drone‑deploy captures to ensure they meet inspection milestones. Create critical dimension checklists for each unit type on a project (e.g., doors, windows, tubs, islands). Prepare and maintain unit labeling for field use, including QR code generation. Enter and follow up on resource tracking data for procurement reports. Revise visual communication boards as needed in collaboration with the technical production lead. Coordinate project documentation control, file appropriately for closeout procedures. Distribute third‑party inspection reports to all relevant parties. Update constraint logs and interdepartmental reporting requirements for Project Solution Meetings. Coordinate OAC and PSM meetings, including agenda preparation, scheduling, and minutes documentation. Track and complete RFIs, preparing logs and ensuring timely responses aligned with contractual deadlines. Maintain version control and distribution of construction documents, uploading updated drawings to Procore. Act as a representative of JPI’s culture and guiding principles in daily collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of experience in a business or professional setting, including non‑profit or government roles. Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency with business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Physical Requirements Work 5 days a week (Monday–Friday) on site. Maintain documentation and site performance tracking. Collaborate with field teams and stakeholders on a daily basis.
