Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to join our fast-paced service team. In this hands-on role, you'll perform oil changes, fluid checks, and routine maintenance to keep our customers' vehicles running safely and reliably.

This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates or those with basic automotive experience looking to build a long-term career in the automotive service industry. Whether you're just starting out or already have hands-on experience, we provide the tools, training, and support to help you grow.

Compensation

• $18.00$22.00 per hour, based on experience
• Paid training and ASE certification reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and fluid checks with precision and efficiency
• Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and recommend necessary maintenance
• Replace oil filters, air filters, wiper blades, and other essential components
• Conduct tire rotations, pressure checks, and minor repairs
• Maintain accurate, detailed service records
• Communicate effectively with customers and service team members
• Stay current on service procedures, tools, and automotive technology

Requirements

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience preferred but not required paid training provided
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds No prior experience? We provide comprehensive paid training, a full tool program, and ASE certification reimbursement to help motivated individuals build a rewarding career in automotive service.
