You would be working to help support their small team in their accounting department. If you're self motivated and great at meeting deadlines, and detail orientated, this could be the right project for you! In Accounts Payable Specialist you can expect to:
Vendor management support - onboarding, compliance tracking, communication
Data Entry
Process invoices
Bill collecting
Other admin duties as assigned
Accounts Payable Requirements:
2-3 years of AP experience in a corporate structure
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accosting/ Finance
Ability to collaborate well with a small team
Proficient with MS Office
Comfortability learning new software
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay: $31.65/hr Location: This position is located in Kirkland, WA Benefits offered by TERRA to employees on temp or temp-to-hire assignments:
