Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Certified occupational therapist assistant supports occupational therapists in delivering patient-centered care, helping clients regain functional independence. This contract role provides up to $43 per hour for a 36-week assignment in Phoenix, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Provide direct patient care and monitor progress
• Document patient interactions and outcomes in electronic medical records
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient goals

Qualifications:

• Standard educational requirements or equivalents
• Necessary certifications for occupational therapy assistants
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Must meet standard facility requirements, carry a positive attitude, ability to work day shifts, and comply with facility policies including background checks, EMR familiarity, and scrubs as needed
