Systems Technician

Systems Technician Join Integris as a Systems Technician (ST) and deliver frontline technical support for end‑user issues, including personal computers, printers, and Windows applications. The ST serves as the first point of contact for client inquiries received via email or the client portal, and may work from the service desk or in the field. Job Summary The role requires a proactive individual who can perform basic troubleshooting, document activities in the ticketing system, and support professional services during client onsite deployments. Success in this position means being responsive, detail focused, and client‑centric. Job Responsibilities Manage service intake via email and the client portal. Conduct basic troubleshooting for non‑complex issues within single‑user system environments. Document troubleshooting activities accurately within the ticketing system. Support Professional Services with client onsite deployment as needed. Adhere to established client support documentation. Job Qualifications Education/Certification Requirements A+ and/or Office 365 Fundamentals certification or equivalent on‑the‑job experience. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification. Experience Requirements Preferably at least 1 year of service‑related experience. Basic infrastructure and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver’s license required.
