Construction Helper

East Syracuse, NY

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active, work with a team, and build valuable construction experience? We're hiring a Construction Helper to support the assembly, maintenance, and setup of modular office units in East Syracuse.

This is a great opportunity for someone with construction, remodeling, warehouse, or general labor experience who enjoys physical work and a variety of tasks throughout the day.

✅ Keep work areas clean and organized through sweeping, debris removal, and waste disposal

✅ Load, unload, and move materials, furniture, and equipment

✅ Assist with site preparation and minor repairs

✅ Help maintain modular office units and surrounding work areas

✅ Transport materials on-site and occasionally to offsite locations

✅ Organize shop, yard, and trailer spaces

✅ Follow safety procedures and report hazards immediately

✅ Work closely with teammates to achieve daily production goals

✔ At least 6 months of construction, general labor, warehouse, or related experience

✔ Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift

✔ Reliable transportation to East Syracuse

✔ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

✔ Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

✔ Team player who follows direction and adapts to changing priorities

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Syracuse, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
