NetSuite Administrator

Seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level NetSuite Administrator, this full-time remote position will manage the configuration and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system, develop automation solutions, and ensure compliance with US GAAP financial standards. Key responsibilities Proactively manage the configuration, customization, and continuous optimization of the NetSuite ERP environment Develop and maintain technical solutions using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow to enhance business processes Ensure financial integrity and compliance with US GAAP by partnering with Finance and Operations teams Required qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator in a high-growth environment, preferably in SaaS Strong understanding of NetSuite data structures, core APIs, and scalable system design Solid foundational knowledge of US GAAP and core finance processes, specifically AP, AR, and GL Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues with a focus on automation Excellent communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder interaction
