Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented


Customer Service Representative


to support our glass repair operations in Tempe. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial inquiry through service completion. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Answer inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding glass repair services (auto, residential, and/or commercial)
  
  



• 
  Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatch
  
  



• 
  Provide accurate quotes and service information based on customer needs
  
  



• 
  Verify customer details, insurance information (if applicable), and service requirements
  
  



• 
  Maintain and update customer records in CRM or scheduling system
  
  



• 
  Communicate service timelines, delays, and updates proactively
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with technicians and operations team to ensure efficient workflow
  
  



• 
  Handle customer concerns, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
  
  



• 
  Process payments and invoices as needed
  
  



• 
  Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  1-2 years of customer service experience (experience in automotive, glass repair, or home services a plus)
  
  



• 
  Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
  
  



• 
  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  
  



• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  
  



• 
  Basic computer skills (CRM systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office)

  High school diploma or equivalent required
