What We Offer: Estimated annual compensation of $80,000-$100,000 based on experience, performance, and applicable pay plan structure A chance to start your career as an RV Sales Representative with training and support Leadership development training and a company culture that grows from within Career paths that may lead to Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Business Manager, or other leadership opportunities Full-time schedule with a rolling Saturday schedule Benefits package including medical insurance, life insurance, paid vacation, 401(k), and additional benefit options available on the date of employment What You’ll Do: Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, online, and on the sales lot Help buyers understand RV options, features, pricing, and value Demonstrate travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, and other RVs Conduct test drives and explain the buying and selling process Work with customers who want to sell or consign their RV Follow up with leads, document customer communication, and build strong relationships Inspect RVs to make sure they are clean, presentable, and ready to show Negotiate professionally, help close sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience Requirements: Previous sales, retail, automotive, RV, marine, powersports, big-ticket sales, or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic Confidence asking questions, following up, and matching customer needs to solutions Ability to learn RV product knowledge quickly Comfort using computers, databases, CRM systems, and sales tools Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Solid work history, verifiable references, and ability to pass a background check Schedule: This is a full-time retail sales position. Candidates must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, and Saturday, 8:45 AM-4:00 PM. Saturdays are required, with a weekday off every other week to help offset Saturday hours. With the rolling schedule, employees generally have a Saturday off at least once every 3 to 4 weeks. Evening availability may be needed as business requires. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
