Job Title: Operator 1

Payrate: $22 - $24/ hour (As per shift)

Location: W194N11411 McCormick Dr, Germantown, WI 53022

Duration: 12 months (Temp to Hire)

Client: DSM

Shift:

• 1st shift - 7am-3:30pm Sunday – Thursday - $22/hour
• 2nd shift - 3pm-11:30pm (Sunday - Thursday) - $23/hour
• 3rd Shift - 11Pm - 7:30am (Monday night - Friday) - $24/Hour

Purpose of the position:

·       With direction from the Lead and Supervisor, produces various food ingredients, learning good manufacturing practices, and how to follow standardized formulas for weighing, measuring and mixing raw materials. Sets up, and controls processes, i.e. blending, drying, bulk fermentation, extraction and filtration. Completes appropriate documentation.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Top 3 skills:

·       Food Manufacturing(plus),

·       Some trouble shooting/ Mechanical Aptitude exp.

·       Attention to detail

Position context:

• The Production Operator fulfills the Standard Role of formulation of product within a process environment.
