Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

We are not a beginner agency.

We are currently generating $50,000/month with our offer using IBO (Inbound/Outbound hybrid systems), and we are expanding our outbound team.

Our average deal value ranges from $3,500 – $5,000, and your role is simple:

• Book qualified sales meetings for our closers.

You Will Be Provided With

• Script
• Dialer
• Lead lists
• Full system

Your responsibility is execution.

Daily Responsibilities

• Make 250–300 outbound cold calls per day (minimum)
• Book 3 qualified meetings per day (average KPI)
• Work 5 days per week
• Followscript while still sounding natural and human
• Communicate with the team 2–3 times daily (mandatory)

Requirements

• 2+ years cold calling / sales experience (REQUIRED)
• Near-native English (no heavy accent, must sound fluent)
• Strong communication + confidence on calls
• Rejection
• Getting hung up on
• High call volume

We are a high-performance team.

If KPIs are not met or communication is poor, we move forward with termination quickly.
