Spanish Onboarding Consultant

Working remotely, the full-time Spanish Onboarding Consultant will manage the onboarding process for Spanish-speaking restaurant clients, ensuring their menus are configured for go-live success while achieving activation goals and providing high-quality customer interactions. Key responsibilities Leverage product knowledge to partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase and create effective onboarding plans Consult with clients to assess configuration needs and document the onboarding process while adhering to best practices Manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously, including training restaurant staff on utilizing the Toast product effectively Required qualifications Bilingual/Fluent in Spanish & English, both written and verbal 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations, managing long-term customer relationships Ability to translate restaurant operations and payroll concepts to varying knowledge levels Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals Experience operating independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
