- Casual Part-time (12 hours/week) Hours vary 6:00-3:00 / 3:00-7:30 (rotating weekends & holidays)
Job Description:
- Responsible for providing quality nutritional care of patients involving menu preparation, patient interaction, aiding dietetic technician and dieticians in the documentation of nutrition care.
- Interacts with patients over phoneor bedsideto take food order
- Monitors and ensures the quality of nutritional care
- Promotes daily patient interaction andassistancewith menu selection
- Completes administrative tasks as needed
- Provides age-appropriate care/service as applicable to role
- Assures reliable, predictable outcomes and no needless waits
- Uses Information Systems to their full capability
- Assistsas needed in other department duties
