Car Wash Manager Responsibilities:

Ensuring all car wash rules, safety, and sanitation requirements are followed
Team leader willing to perform all functions of the car wash
Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
Ability to meet and exceed productivity and performance goals
Thank every customer and answer any questions they may have about cleaning their car
Effectively manage and develop staff

Car Wash Manager Qualifications :

Valid driver's license
Reliable and responsible
Strong attention to detail
Friendly and customer service focused
Strong sense of urgency
Positive and upbeat
Excellent communicator
