Junior Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Junior Litigation Associate in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. Duties Draft and respond to pleadings. Manage written and electronic discovery, including e-discovery strategy. Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Take and defend depositions. Participate in mediations. Requirements Experience handling litigation matters from inception through resolution. Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bars. Strong interest in developing an employment law practice. Education Excellent academic credentials. Certifications Admission to the New Jersey and New York Bars.
