- Scope and estimate restoration projects using Xactimate/Simbility
- Guide clients through the recovery process with empathy and confidence
- Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and under budget
- Own your sales goalsand celebrate when you crush them
- 1+ year in restoration, construction, or insurance claims
- Natural relationship-builder with a persuasive edge
- Tech-savvy with estimating tools like Xactimate/Simbility
- You show up, follow through, and care about the details
