Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid LPN licensure, current and in good standing
• Demonstrated experience or training in school-based ABA practices
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and data collection
• Compassionate, patient, and collaborative approach with students, families, and staff
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and work within school protocols
• Experience with individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care, support, and intervention for students during the school day
• Implement and monitor ABA-based behavior plans under the direction of supervising staff
• Document interventions, observations, and progress in accordance with school and healthcare regulations
• Respond promptly to student medical needs, administering medications and first aid as required
• Work closely with educators, therapists, and parents to ensure comprehensive student support
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to a positive school culture
