OT School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team supporting students in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children build functional skills and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities

- Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students with developmental and functional needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and therapy objectives
- Support students with fine motor, sensory processing, self-help, and classroom participation skills
- Provide classroom-based and pull-out therapy services as appropriate
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active state OT license and/or Department of Education certification (if required)
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
