Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist (PT), meeting all requirements for practice
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of an interdisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document the physical therapy needs of students on your caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide engaging, therapeutic interventions twice per week for assigned students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students' educational and physical needs
• Track progress, adjust interventions, and contribute actively during IEP meetings
• Adapt strategies as additional students are integrated into services
