This is a hourly position with work hours from 7:00 AM to 5pm or 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch and two paid 15 minute breaks , earning a competitive wage of $30/hr depending on experience. Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and daily bookkeeping activities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Prepare and file sales tax reports
- Follow up on past due invoices and outstanding balances
- Assist with payroll processing and general accounting support
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records
- Work within QuickBooks to manage company accounting functions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience required
- QuickBooks experience is required
- Sales tax experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Professional communication and organizational skills
