DAY IN THE LIFE

A typical day involves collaborating with business development, operations, project teams, company leadership, and external vendors to create and deliver marketing and communications materials that support strategic business objectives. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator develops graphic designs, presentations, project sheets, digital assets, proposal materials, brochures, and social media content while ensuring consistency with company branding standards. The role also includes managing website updates, maintaining content libraries, coordinating photography and visual assets, and monitoring digital communication initiatives. Success requires balancing multiple priorities, exercising sound judgment, responding to time-sensitive requests, and independently managing projects from concept through completion. By translating technical construction, engineering, fabrication, maintenance, and industrial services information into compelling marketing content, this position directly contributes to business development success, recruiting efforts, customer engagement, and overall organizational growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous marketing experience within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong professional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Strong graphic design and visual communication capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Experience managing corporate social media content and digital communications. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage projects through completion. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and time management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, companies, and organizational levels.
