Accounting Operations Manager

To support a growing team, the full-time Accounting Operations Manager will own critical operational processes related to purchasing, payments, and payroll while driving improvements and automation in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Drive scalable and efficient accounting operations across procure-to-pay, payroll, and expense management Oversee accounts payable and payroll operations, ensuring accurate processing and compliance Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and strengthen internal controls Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 7+ years of experience in accounting operations or related functions Experience implementing accounting systems and driving process improvements Proficiency in balance sheet account reconciliations and audit processes Strong systems aptitude and ability to leverage technology for operational efficiency
