This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, evaluating opportunities, and turning conversations into potential transactions. You will connect with property owners to identify potential selling opportunities, gather important property information, and better understand each owner's goals and motivation. Consistent communication and thoughtful follow-up will be an important part of developing relationships and creating a pipeline of acquisition opportunities. You will also build connections with buyers and real estate investors who are actively looking for properties. As opportunities develop, you will help evaluate potential deals, coordinate communication, and bring together owners and interested buyers. Success in this role comes from being proactive, organized, comfortable starting conversations, and committed to consistent activity. You will work alongside experienced real estate professionals while strengthening your knowledge of acquisitions, investment properties, negotiations, and relationship-based real estate.
