Position Summary The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by handling orders, inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner. This role supports sales and operational goals by ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships within the automotive aftermarket industry. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, or email Accurately process customer orders in the company system Provide product information, pricing, and availability details to customers Handle returns, warranties, and complaints according to company policies Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries Support outside sales representatives with customer needs and account management Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the CRM system Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business Stay informed about product lines, promotions, and industry trends Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service experience, ideally in automotive aftermarket, distribution, or retail parts Proven communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with computer systems, including order entry, CRM, and Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of automotive parts or industry terminology Experience with ERP or order management systems Bilingual skills a plus Core Competencies Customer Focus Communication Problem Solving Teamwork and Collaboration Attention to Detail Initiative Work Environment and Physical Demands Office, Call center environment Ability to sit or stand for extended periods May occasionally lift or carry up to 10 lbs. when assisting with parts or samples Additional Requirements Candidates must meet employment eligibility requirements as established by U.S. federal law.
