Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial patient intakes to evaluate mental health status, including thorough diagnostic and functional assessments.

• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify, treat, and manage mental health concerns, contributing as a key member of the interdisciplinary care team.

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, with a focus on measurable outcomes and regular follow-ups to assess progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and brief therapeutic sessions for patients requiring immediate mental health support.

• Identify patients at risk for mental health issues and develop preventive strategies in collaboration with healthcare team members.

• Document patient interactions and progress meticulously in electronic health records to maintain accurate treatment plans and billing requirements.

• Educate patients and families about behavioral health conditions and promote self-management skills to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings, offering insights that drive continuous improvement in treatment quality and patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 87,000 and USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
