Insurance Agent

We are looking for an independent Medicare Agent to partner with a Georgia-based Medicare insurance agency built around an education-first approach. The agency helps people approaching or already on Medicare understand their options and choose coverage that fits their health needs, budget, and doctors. Their goal is to build lasting relationships and continue supporting clients year after year—not simply make a sale. They are looking for a licensed agent who genuinely enjoys educating and guiding people through their Medicare options and wants to build a long-term book of business with the support of a collaborative, compliance-focused team. This position is with a partner agency and is not a direct role with National Contracting Center. Key Responsibilities Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Part D prescription drug plans, along with dental, vision, and hearing coverage Run needs-based comparisons using our quoting platform and help clients enroll in the plan that best fits their situation Work warm, company-generated leads from digital advertising, direct mail (including turning-65 campaigns), and client referrals Follow all CMS, TPMO, and carrier guidelines, including Scope of Appointment, call recording, consent, and required DISCLAIMERS Record all client activity in our CRM and track weekly activity goals for conversations, appointments, and enrollments Represent the company professionally at community educational events and seminars, and build lasting relationships and referral partnerships Provide ongoing service to your clients, including Annual Enrollment Period reviews, so they stay on the right plan year after year What's Offered Twice-monthly commission pay: Transparent, agency-paid commissions deposited twice a month, with a written compensation schedule updated each year before AEP Company-generated leads: A steady flow of leads from in house marketing, with a higher commission rate on the business you generate yourself Renewal income: Recurring monthly renewals on retained Medicare Advantage policies, plus renewals on Medicare Supplement business Ancillary cross-sell: Earn additional commission on dental, vision, and hearing plans for the clients you already serve Technology that works for you: A Medicare-specific CRM, a professional quoting platform, and an agency that is actively building AI-powered tools to support its agents Compliance backing: Ready-made call scripts, DISCLAIMERS, consent documentation, and carrier contracting support, so you can focus on clients Marketing and event support: Agency-run advertising, direct mail campaigns, and local educational events and seminars Hands-on leadership: Direct coaching from an agency owner with seven years of Medicare experience, plus ongoing sales training and regular performance check-ins Qualifications Active Georgia Health Insurance License (Life, Accident & Sickness) Current AHIP certification (or willingness to obtain before AEP) E&O coverage (agent-paid) Ability to learn Medicare sales; motivated newer agents are welcome to apply Strong communication and listening skills, and a patient, education-first approach with clients Comfortable using a CRM, quoting software, and virtual meeting tools Self-motivated and consistent with daily outreach, follow-up, and appointment setting Interested in community events, networking, and referral-based business Reliable transportation, mobile phone, and high-speed internet access Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a long-term book of business All qualified candidates identified through this post will be referred to the hiring organization, who will manage all subsequent recruiting activities, interviews, and hiring decisions independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
