ProcureTeq LLC is seeking a motivated Helpdesk Specialist to support ITS in Washington DC. You will handle day-to-day technical support, assist new hires with access, and coordinate with Tier 2/3 teams to resolve issues. The role requires 0–2 years of IT Help Desk experience, familiarity with Windows Server and ServiceNow, and strong communication skills.
