Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional care to residents at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Laconia, NH. This role is essential in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Develop and manage individualized care plans.
Monitor and evaluate residents' progress towards rehabilitation and long-term care objectives.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, healthcare providers, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), to uphold dignity, safety, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current Registered Nurse license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate approach to patient care.
