About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide personalized care services to our clients, including:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Helping with mobility and transferring patients as needed
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our clients
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care services to clients in their homes, following established care plans and protocols
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure all needs are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and services provided
