Your duties will include:Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and groomingProviding vital signs and reporting changes to the client's medical teamAssisting with medication management and administrationMaintaining a safe and clean environment for clientsProviding emotional support and companionship to clientsCollaborating with other care professionals to develop and implement personalized care plansResponsibilities:* Provide direct patient care to clients in their homes, including ADLs, vital signs, and medication management* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions* Participate in client care conferences to develop and update personalized care plans* Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided* Adhere to professional standards of care and BrightCare HomeCare's policies and proceduresRequirements:* Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Louisiana* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare-related field preferred* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer service* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelinesCome join our team of dedicated professionals and make a difference in the lives of our clients!
