We’re rapidly expanding and looking for a motivated listing agent who wants to take the next step in their sales career. $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

• Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
• Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price
• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service

• Meet with qualified home sellers for listing consultations and presentations
• Advise clients on pricing, marketing strategy, and selling timelines
• Manage client relationships from listing appointment through closing
• Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM systems and structured workflows
• Convert seller appointments into signed listing agreements
• Host open houses and engage prospective buyers and sellers
• Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline updated for maximum efficiency
• Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team meetings

• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
• Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
• 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry

Ideal candidates will have:

• An active North Carolina or South Carolina Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• A coachable, driven, and results-oriented mindset
• A positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
