If you're an experienced Estimator with a background in civil engineering work, please read on!What you will be doing:You will play a crucial role in the preparation of bid proposals, ensuring the accuracy and competitiveness of our bids. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety standards.Needs:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management, strongly desired5+ years as an Estimator within Civil Construction ProjectsFamiliarity with Caltrans, BART, Underground, Paving, Grading projectsAGTEK, Bluebeam, Take-Off, Primavera/P6, HCSS/Heavy Bid - Construction Software proficiencyAbility to travel to job sites as needed in the areaRFI submittal knowledge, Agency familiarity, Contractors, etc.
