AVP, Asia Equity Sales

What role will you play? You will be responsible for distributing the industry leading Asia single stock, economic and strategic research to the North American client base. You will research original ideas and tailor investment opportunities to individual clients' investment process. You will demonstrate an ability to originate and build professional partnerships, participate in corporate road shows and corporate marketing events with clients, and build and strengthen corporate relationships with Asian listed companies. Salary range for this position: $130,000 - $190,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer 2+ years’ experience in equity markets in a front office capacity, with previous exposure to and an understanding of the Asian equity markets. It is key that you are an entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously. A competitive, hardworking spirit driven by success and committed to quality output. A high level of commercial acumen, coupled with a willingness to take responsibility. An aptitude for travel and attention to detail in managing trips for corporate relationships. The ability to work as part of a team in an environment and a shared sense of responsibility and success.
